Hi, I’m Carrie T. Smith.
I’ve been a Physical Therapist for 30+ years and this has made me aware of the importance of a holistic, integrative approach to health and wellness. My expertise includes application of Behavioral Change Model to address areas of wellness. I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Holistic Health Coach++, Nutrition Coach+, Health Coach* and Weight Management Specialist*. My mission is to collaborate with women and their unique lifestyles, to help them achieve and maintain their vision of health and wellness. I am the Founder and Owner of Living Wellness 4 U, LLC, founded in 2021.

My Approach
I provide unconditional concern and a listening ear to you. This allows me to truly hear your wellness goals related to your life. Coaching sessions are times of assessment, creative problem solving, accountability, skill building, and encouragement.
Information/education is shared through the membership app, email, handouts (pdf) and/or videos.
We work together to identify and mobilize your strengths and motivations to change. We then create SMART (Specific-Measurable-Achievable-Realistic-Timely) goals.
