    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

    We’ll partner together to create a path/plan forward. I will always honor your values, strengths and vision for optimal health/wellness.

  • Targeted

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers. I’ll help you reassess what is important, what has changed and what is getting in the way.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, sleep routines, stress management and more. This will only be done with your permission.

Will a health coach tell me what to do?

Effective health/wellness coaching is a collaboration. The coach serves as a guide, encourager, and accountability partner.  Most adults want to make their own choices.

How is this coaching different than other wellness or weight loss apps?

Living Wellness 4 U, LLC provides 1:1 individual coaching utilizing application of behavioral change model, proven strategies and genuine concern. The coach understands flexibility is needed as life happens and trial and error must be done in a unique fashion, not just through algorithm. We rely on results to help determine your next steps..

How often will there be notifications or reminders about my goals?

Frequency is determined by you as the client and the Health Coach on the initial session and is adjusted, based on your needs/desires and mutually agreed upon.
